3. RESERVATION

3.1. Rates

• Unless specified otherwise, rates are quoted in US dollars. The room rates are for double or single occupancy, including 10% value added taxes (VAT) and service charge.
• Most hotels room rates include meal plan. If hotels quote the room rate with breakfasts at a package price, the hotel will not refund you breakfast's cost whatever you use it or not.
• The room rates exclude extra guest/children charges and expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, telex, telephone calls, fax services, bar, massage expenses, etc.

3.2. Currency converter

Currency rates are based on the available source published on our website and should be used as guidelines only. Rates are not verified as accurate, and actual rates may vary. Currency quotes are not updated every day. Check the date on the Currency Converter for the day that currency was last updated. The information supplied by this application is believed to be accurate, but hoteldealsvietnam.com does not warrant or guarantee such accuracy. 4. AMENDMENT

Any changes to your reservation must be made through our office or via email and NOT through the hotel reservation office. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, early check out, delayed arrival or cancellation in full or in part. You should also contact us if you have any problems with your reservation on arrival or during your stay.
The amendment must be made in writing, quoting the booking reference number and the email address you originally used to make your booking.
All requests for additional nights or rooms are subject to room availability.
If the amendment results in a refund of payment (reduction of stay, number of rooms, or number of people booked), a handling fee will be charged on the amount to be refunded equivalent to 5% of the total value or usd 10 (whichever is the greater)
Amendments are only effective when we have confirmed by email.

Shortening of Stay
The shortening of stay including, but not limited to, early check-outs, reduction of number of rooms or people are considered as partial cancellation which is subject to our cancellation policy as detailed below.\

5. PAYMENT

Hoteldealsvietnam.com accepts the following payment methods:

Through all major Credit cards (through Paypal): we will provide you with a secure link via email after the services have been confirmed. We will only proceed with the payment after your reconfirmation.

Bank transfer: Bank transfers can be made from your bank account abroad. Details of our Bank Account are as follows:

Western Union: We can accept payment through any banks worldwide using Western Union service. We will send you our receipt details and then will need the control number from you to finalize the receipt of payment. 6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

By making a reservation with a hotel or a cruise at hoteldealsvietnam.com, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and refund policy of that hotel/cruise. Please be kindly informed that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the hotel's cancellation and refund policy. Hence, we recommend that you carefully read

6.1. The cancellation and refund policy of each hotel are clearly published on our website at the hotel information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email and particularly the hotel voucher (for detailed terms & conditions and cancellation policy - as official notification) sent to your registered email address right after your payment confirmation.

6.2. Hoteldealsvietnam.com's general regulations for both hotel and cruise cancellation and refund are as follows: Cancellation made prior to the date of arrival:

- If cancellation made more than 30 days prior to check-in date: Free of charge
- If cancellation made within 30 days prior to check-in date: 50% total nights will be charged.
- If cancellation made less than 10 days or no-show (fail to check-in) then all room nights reserved will be charged.

In case the hotel's cancellation & refund policy (6.1) and hoteldealsvietnam.com's (6.2) do not coincide, you apply the former (6.1) to your booking.
