1. Making reservation

Search for hotel accommodation from our wide range of Vietnam hotels by categories, hotel classes, price deals.... Choose one that you would like to book.

Please complete the booking form and then submit it to send to our Sales Team

2. Confirmation from hoteldealsvietnam.com

You will be shortly informed the availability of the requested hotels within 24 hours on weekday (normaly only 8 hours after submited). In case, your requested hotels are not available, we will suggest you an alternative for your consideration

If your selected hotels is available we will send you the booking confirmation, number of your requested hotels that have full information of travellers' details, dates, rates, and inclusions....

At the same time, we also ask for a certain amount of deposit or fully prepaid depending and payment deadlines on specific bookings.

Some additional information that may be of assistance:

• We do not require any credit card details when you complete the booking form

• We understand and respect the importance of your privacy and security. For more details refer to our security guarantee to you

• We aim to keep cancellation charges as low as possible. For details please refer to our cancellation policy in our Terms & Conditions

3. Payment or deposite your booking

Bookings submitted within 14 days before arrival/check-in date:

We require your credit card details upon after you submit the booking form to us and get back (normally 24 hours on weekday after submit) our confirmation of your hotel reservation

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover or JCB credit cards

Our cancellation policy will be applied once availability is confirmed. If your selected hotel is unavailable then no charges will be applied.

Bookings submitted more than 14 days before arrival

For virtually all destinations we do not require any credit card details when you submit the booking form. There are some exceptions, but we will provide full details in our emails, if this applies.

If your selected hotel is available, our booking confirmation email will advise you of our requested payment date.

Payments can be made by using our payment methods

4. Hotel voucher

Once your payment has been authorized by our bank, we will send you (via email or fax) the hotel voucher issued by hoteldealsvietnam.com, which you can later show to the hotel staff/our tour guide or for your accounting purpose

Our reservation department operates from 7h00am to 7h00pm everyday (GMT + 07:00 time), 7 days a week and we will be happy to assist you.
